Want a great place for a winter retreat? Burlington Section member John Connell recommends Greenmont Farms in Underhill Center. The newly winterized facility is located in a completely restored 19th century post-and-beam barn. The Greenmont Farms facility can be rented for short-term or long-term use. It’s available for overnight stays or daytime classes, workshops, retreats, and meetings. Guests can use the dormitory sleeping lofts and fully equipped kitchen as their base camp for outdoor activities such as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. There are swings, a climbing wall, sleeping and sitting lofts, a campfire pit, picnic tables, a ping- pong table, and plenty of room to learn and play. The barn is accessible for people with disabilities.

Search Ridgelines newsletters (2003 to current)
Type your search on this page. The result(s) will be an entire edition of Ridgelines (in a PDF file). The search term will not be highlighted in the PDF – the word(s) you searched for could be anywhere in the newsletter. To narrow your results, search for more terms, or search for an exact term in quotes. For example, searching for spring trail work returned 31 editions of Ridgelines. Searching for spring trail work 1995 returned four. Searching for “spring trail work” 1995 returned one. Try it a few ways!Visit the main GMC website
