Mile 9.7 — Division 2 — Elev. 3560 ft.

This log lean-to, with bunks for 6, was built by the LT Patrol for the Bennington Section in 1965. A spring is 40 ft. to the east on the LT. It was in use from 1965 to about 1985 when Goddard Shelter was constructed. [GB 21st Edition 1977]
