1/29 (Sun) Duxbury Window
Lets recover from the Burlington Section Annual Meeting by taking a hike up to the Duxbury Window. This Long Trail hike starts at the LT trail head on Duxbury Road near the Winooski River at the lowest point on the LT. The trail follows Bamforth Ridge, one of the flanks of Camel’s Hump. Your Section President guarantees winter-like weather and great views (or, no views if thats the case) or your money back. Easy to moderate snowshoe. 3.2 miles. 950′ elevation gain.
