This was a great day to do this trip with relatively cool temperatures, sunshine, and some great views at a few places. For once my trip did not go over the advertised 12 miles by eliminating the road walk down to route 15.

We had lunch at the viewpoint on Laraway and paused a while at Roundtop Shelter and Prospect Rock. Although, while at Prospect Rock we could see the storm clouds gathering and quickly descended to the our vehicles below.
